            Here’s just a little taste of my training mentality!  I currently train at Unlimited Fitness in New Hampshire!  It’s a wonderful gym with a GREAT atmosphere!  It’s like training at a private studio!  The members there are great , too!  I love working out there!


So, I believe in a synergistic balance between the THREE most important factors to living your dreams thru a healthier lifestyle.  Those three things are cardiovascular training, resistance training, and a balanced nutritional program.  Worked together, they provide the surest, fastest and healthiest way for you to transform your body!


In today’s society, a majority of people do the SAME exercises, in the SAME order, on the SAME equipment week after week after week!  And they get the SAME result!  Nowhere!  Changing your any one of your three factors (or ALL three factors) at least every eight weeks will keep your body guessing and challenges your physique to push to the next level!  One of the things I always focus on is trying to lift stronger and perform at a higher intensity than the prior workout.  However, please remember that you should NEVER sacrifice proper form for lifting heavier weight.
I currently train on a 6 day rotating schedule with about 6 days of cardiovascular training added as well. Here is an example of a typical workout schedule:

Nutrition

            Out of the BIG THREE factors, this one is the most important!  You really do have to watch what you use to fuel your metabolism.  Generally, the desire is to increase your metabolism, because it helps you have more energy throughout the day and also allows you to use more calories and therefore lose more body fat!  This is achieved by eating more frequently, however not with the same portions normally consumed in a 3-meals-a-day diet.  The current suggestion is around 6 meals a day with no fewer than 1500 calories a day.  If you would like me to help customize a healthy and safe nutrition plan, please visit my “Shop” page, and grab one of my “Feed Your Dream” plans!
