I was born in November, so that makes me a Scorpio – and that describes me perfectly! I was born in Massachusetts, but shortly after college, I got the urge to travel. I’ve lived in Germany, Philly, NYC, and North Kakalakie. I’ve spent time in Belize, Las Vegas, and Cali! Being 5’2”, it’s easy for people to miss me, but I do make sure that I’m heard!
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Sciences from Merrimack College, Did a graduate program in Environmental Wastewater Engineering at Villanova University. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with certifications from NASM [National Academy of Sports Medicine] and AFAA [Aerobics and Fitness Association of America].
In the past, I’ve worked for New York Sports Clubs as a Pro Trainer and had the opportunity to work for Worlds Gyms and Gold’s Gyms in the New England area. I’m now an independent certified personal trainer operating in the New England area and out of a private gym called Unlimited Fitness. Please check out their website and see what they have to offer you! I currently offer various programs to help you attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some of my programs are 1 on 1 private training sessions, group sessions, in home sessions and online personal training as well. Please check out what else I have to offer in my shop here.
I am also currently an IFBB [International Federation of Body Building] Professional Figure Athlete. I recently achieved this status when I won my class in the 2007 USA Figure Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a wonderful experience to be a Professional Athlete and I look forward to representing my country on the world stage!
When I’m NOT training clients or training for a Professional Figure competition, I love to work in my garden! If I wasn’t working in the fitness industry, I’d be in a garden somewhere! I love spending time with my family of cats! I have one named Cheech and one named Kirra Anne Mousecowitz! They are the cutest things! With restrictions in contest nutrition programs, I still enjoy eating out! My favorite places are coffee shops and restaurants that have salad bars! There’s nothing like relaxing with a good book or great friends at our local coffee joints!

Over the years, I’ve been asked lots of questions about myself and my training. Many of the questions have been asked of me multiple times and so I thought that I’d put some of the most frequently asked questions [and their answers] here! I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed answering them!
that’s great, Allison, but HOW did you get to where you are right now? What motivation or push did you use to be so active and such a great supporter in the fitness industry? Well, I would have to tell you that I spent my young adult life being the “curvy girl”. Even though I loved myself the way I was then, I always knew I wanted more! I always loved the way muscles looked on a woman, having admired many fit women like Cory Everson! Then, one day, while working out at a local gym, my inspiration FOUND ME!
His name was Rob Marcheletti and he was a trainer at this local gym. He approached me on several occasions and tried to convince me that I had the perfect frame for figure competitions. That was when I was 165 lbs, out of shape and exhausted all the time. He begged me to let him train me and wanted little in payment for it! His aggressive nature and persistence whipped me into contest shape in ONLY 3 MONTHS. The intense focus he directed towards me brought me down to 130 lbs for my first show. After actually placing in that competition, I WAS HOOKED! I wanted more… I wanted to improve time after time after time. And, that’s exactly what I did! He gave me a dream, and I love him for that! Not only was he my inspiration for competing, he was my inspiration to become a great personal trainer! I wanted to help others see their dreams! I wanted to help them LIVE those DREAMS! …and that’s exactly what I’m doing…..
